Victorian riding top hat in black Kentucky Derby hat, Edwardian, black bustled hat.
This hat is styled after those worn in the late 1800's. It is made of black cotton, on a stiff interfacing base. Lined with white crinkled taffeta this hat is embellished with a white satin ribbon, and includes a black tulle bustle as well as bird cage netting that can go over the face or over the ribbon. The bustle is made of black tulle accented with a white satin bow and cascades down in the back with a tulle train that can be cut to desired length.
This hat is smaller with a 21" inside circumference.
This hat also can get wet, and can be spot washed without loosing its shape.
Features a "tina-rie studio" label on the inside along the lining.
